CANCELLATION POLICY

To provide the best possible service to all our clients, we kindly request at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • 24-Hour Notice: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the service cost will be charged.
  • Same-Day Cancellations: For cancellations made on the day of your appointment, 100% of the service cost will be charged.

LATE POLICY

Due to our stylists’ busy schedules, it is essential that clients arrive on time for their appointments.

  • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, 100% of the service cost will be charged, and you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
  • No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without prior notice, 100% of the service cost will be charged, and you will not be able to book another appointment until the balance is paid in full.

GUEST + CHILDREN POLICY

While we adore your little ones and guests, we kindly ask that you do not bring them to your appointment to avoid crowding and for their safety.

Please plan your visit for a time when you can attend your appointment alone. If this is not possible, we may need to respectfully ask you to reschedule your appointment.
